EDUCATION
S.T.E.M. skills are increasingly important and in demand in the work force. These skills, particularly digital literacy, are necessary for life in the 21st century. It is now critical for all children to have essential S.T.E.M. skills.
Research shows that autistic children gravitate towards S.T.E.M. related fields and activities. A common autistic trait is having strong systemizing abilities -- being able to predict and control systems, and being able to analyze and build rule-based systems. Providing opportunities for autistic children to explore S.T.E.M. education early is key to helping them find their passion and strengths within S.T.E.M., while fostering the early development of these skills.

S.T.E.M. learning is not only essential, it is extremely fun! Learning S.T.E.M. fosters skills like problem solving, resilience, critical thinking, and creativity -- which are all important for learning, development, and growth.
